1. Agreement to Terms

Calaa Capital Group, LTD. ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the
www.calaaglobal.com website (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

The Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Site contains links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"), specifically to our ecosystem portals calaacapital.com and calaavision.com. Such Third-Party Websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use of any Third-Party Website does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us.

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF USE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
